I approach business challenges with the same precision and foresight required in the cockpit. I hold a pilot’s license, and whenever possible, I take to the skies with my wife and our dog to discover new horizons. Flying not only clears my head but gives me a unique bird’s-eye view—a perspective that directly strengthens my strategic vision for our clients.
As a Senior Solutionist at Monads, I don’t just write code; I crack the cases others find impossible. My passion lies in deep development and untangling the most complicated technical knots to find elegant solutions. To maintain this level of focus, I need a strong counterbalance. That’s why I draw my energy from nature. Roaming the landscapes of Eastern Switzerland with my dogs gives me the peace and clarity I need to tackle the next complex challenge.
As Senior Advisor, I am the connector at Monads. My focus is entirely on people and the power of a strong network. I love building bridges between our clients and the right solutions. While some prefer focusing on one thing at a time, I thrive on variety: my greatest strength is keeping multiple balls in the air simultaneously. I ensure that despite the complexity of various topics, every relationship is nurtured and no detail is overlooked.
As the Business Backbone at Monads, I make sure our foundation remains solid. While the team focuses on innovation, I keep a sharp eye on the numbers and the people, ensuring that operations run smoothly. Away from the spreadsheets, I love being surrounded by life and atmosphere. I have a big heart for animals, and depending on the season, you can find me hunting for treasures at flea markets or enjoying the festive spirit of a Christmas market to recharge.
